This is your first 1:1 session in the Be Enough program. In this session, we will: • Clarify your goals and non-negotiables • Map core patterns, triggers and body responses • Identify the fastest levers for change • Begin targeted subconscious/neurological reset work • Set simple integration practices for the week ahead You’ll leave with: • A clear plan for your next seven sessions • Practical steps to keep your nervous system steady • One key shift to build momentum from day one Logistics • Duration: 60-75 minutes (1:15) • Delivery: Online (private link provided after booking) • Pace: Sessions run weekly or fortnightly, the same day and time unless otherwise arranged. • Booking this appointment locks your recurring slot. Before you arrive • Be in a quiet, private space with stable internet • Headphones recommended; bring water and a notebook • Please avoid alcohol/recreational drugs for 24 hours prior Rescheduling • 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule. • Missed or late-cancelled sessions count toward your package.
