Service Description

This is for when you’re ready to shift, but don’t have the energy for live sessions, long calls, or talking it all through. Fantastic as an entry point to deeper healing, or to support you during the more challenging periods in life. We start with a one-time call to map what your system is holding. Then each week, I tune in, run a remote energy healing session, and send you a short update - no effort needed on your end. We work with what your nervous system is carrying and what your energy field is ready to release - including emotional blocks and old subconscious patterns. Includes: • 1 x 60-minute intake session (Zoom or phone) • 4 remote weekly recalibration sessions (you don’t need to be present) • Voice note or written insight after each session • Light reflection prompts (optional) • Email/voice note check-ins if needed Fees: This booking covers the full 4-week package - not a single session. Scheduling: Only the intake session is booked. Remote sessions happen weekly after that. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, but ask if you need a different time for your intake call. *Limited flexibility available.
