This intake session begins your 3-month recalibration through Emotional Mastery - a private healing experience for women who are done with over-functioning and emotional overload. Month 2: Nervous System Reset Stabilise your system and build the inner safety needed to stop spirals in real time and reduce reactivity. Month 3: Boundaries + Embodied Self-Trust Anchor healthier boundaries, reconnect to your voice, and rebuild emotional confidence, without over-giving. What You’re Booking Today: This is your intake and foundation session. Together, we’ll explore your current emotional landscape, map your energy field, and set the arc for your personalised 3-month journey. All future sessions are scheduled with you privately after intake.
