Service Description

A Full 8-Session Transformational Package Begins with Session 1 This is where the real work begins. This is full-body, subconscious, emotional recalibration for person who is ready to stop carrying what was never theirs. This is an 8-session 1:1 container using RTT, emotional coaching, and subconscious reprogramming. This work helps you finally release the patterns, pain, and inner narratives that have kept looping, no matter how self-aware you are. Your Journey Includes: Session 1: Intake & Emotional Mapping We begin by unpacking your emotional history, your current struggles, and the deeper patterns that have shaped your nervous system and beliefs. This session also prepares your subconscious for deep regression work. Session 2: Childhood Regression Hypnosis We guide your subconscious back to the origins (often childhood experiences) that created the limiting beliefs, emotional pain, or protective behaviours you’re still carrying today. This is deep, trauma-aware work that brings truth to light and unlocks your healing. Sessions 3 & 4: Customised Emotional Coaching & Integration We don’t just open wounds and walk away. These sessions help you stabilise, integrate, and understand what’s come up. We work on emotional safety, self-trust, and regulation. Session 5: Future Pacing Hypnosis & Subconscious Reprogramming This is where we embed new beliefs into your subconscious with powerful, future-based visualisation and suggestion techniques to lock in the change. Sessions 6, 7 & 8: Ongoing Customised Emotional Coaching We continue clearing resistance, supporting the rewiring process, and building your emotional capacity. These sessions are personalised and intuitively led to meet what arises. You’ll Receive: • 2 deep RTT sessions (regression & future pacing) • 5 customised coaching & integration sessions • 1 comprehensive intake & energetic-emotional mapping • 2 personalised transformation recordings • Light between-session support (so you’re never left hanging) This is an 8-Session Package tailored to your needs, not a 'pay as you go', 'see how you go'. This is committed, transformational healing with continuity, depth, and momentum. The fee covers all 8 sessions and light in-between session support. *Sessions can be done either on line or in person in my healing room. Please specify when booking.
