A combination of acupressure, energetic mapping, and field-based work - applied with precision to what is present.

Integration

Your body is stabilised before you leave, ensuring the work holds and integrates into daily function.

This is not done for relaxation

Admittedly, you may feel calm during a session.

But calm is a by-product - not the goal.
