Retire the old beliefs that permit over-giving, doubt, or sabotage.

For women raised in narcissistic or emotionally volatile dynamics who want to feel safe as themselves again.

Comprised of 8 core Be Enough sessions plus 4 nervous-system/body-focused sessions.

 

Be Enough - 8 sessions

A lighter option without the nervous-system phase.
