1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by Rebecca Hine (ABN 27 138 528 678).

By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Services include Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), hypnotherapy, energy therapy, red light therapy and student relaxation massage, provided in person in Tamborine, Queensland, or online.

All services are complementary wellbeing practices intended to support general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

No diagnosis, medical treatment or medical advice is provided. You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed healthcare where required, and for continuing any existing medical or psychological care unless advised otherwise by your treating practitioner.

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging in services, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or over
You take responsibility for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
You will disclose any relevant medical, psychological or health conditions, including any current treatment or medication, before your first session

4. Suitability and Crisis Support

Services are not suitable for anyone in acute crisis. If you are at risk of harming yourself or others, contact emergency services on 000 (or your local emergency number) or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

I may decline, pause or end work, and recommend other support, where I believe it is in your best interest.

5. Results

Outcomes vary between individuals.

No guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes from any session or program.

6. Bookings and Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance
Payment terms are specified at the time of booking
Your booking is not confirmed until payment (where required) is received

7. Programs

End the Cycle: a $300 deposit secures Session 1 and your place in the program. The remaining balance is due before Session 2. If you choose not to continue after Session 1, the deposit is non-refundable.

Intensive RTT: if you move into End the Cycle for the same issue within the specified timeframe, the full Intensive fee is credited toward the program fee and you continue from Session 3.

Any new or different issue requires its own intake and regression, and no credit applies.

Program sessions should be completed within the stated timeframe. Unused sessions do not carry over indefinitely.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session fee

9. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If a program is stopped partway through, refunds for unused sessions are prorated, or remaining sessions may be exchanged for another service, at the discretion of Rebecca Hine.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Personalised Recordings

Recordings are created for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied or distributed.

Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.

11. Online Sessions

You are responsible for providing a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection. Sessions interrupted by technical issues on your end may not be rescheduled free of charge.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Australian law, Rebecca Hine is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, participation in sessions, or reliance on any information provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

misuse or interfere with the website
attempt unauthorised access
reproduce or distribute content without permission

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, recordings and materials, remains the property of Rebecca Hine unless otherwise stated.

15. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
