TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Rebecca Hine (ABN: 27138528678), including but not limited to energy healing, coaching, hypnosis, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), whether delivered in person, remotely, or online.
By booking a session or purchasing a program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Definitions
Services means all offerings by Rebecca Hine including 1:1 sessions, multi-session programs, intensives, groups/workshops, and digital products.
Client, you/your means the person purchasing or participating.
We/us/our means Rebecca Hine.
Program means a structured multi-session container (e.g. Be Enough).
Intensive means a single deep-dive session (e.g. Breakthrough Intensive).
Digital Products means downloadable files, audio, templates or similar.
2. Scope of Services & Suitability
Services focus on subconscious pattern work, counselling/coaching skills and related methods. We do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or financial services. We may decline or end services where your needs fall outside scope and suggest referrals.
3. Eligibility
Services are for adults (18+) unless a parent/guardian provides written consent and attends where required. You confirm you can safely participate and will disclose relevant information.
4. Professional Boundaries
We maintain clear professional boundaries and confidentiality. Availability outside booked times is not included unless stated in your offer.
5. Payment Terms
Scope. Applies to all services and products.
Currency & GST. Fees are in AUD; GST included where applicable.
When payment is due.

Digital products: Pay in full at purchase.

Single sessions: Pay in full at booking.

Intensives (e.g. Breakthrough Intensive): Pay in full at booking unless otherwise stated.

Multi-session programs (e.g. Be Enough): A deposit secures your place; remaining instalments are due as shown on your invoice.
 
Deposits. A deposit secures your place and is credited to your total fee. Deposits are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed (see Section 6 for ACL rights and provider-initiated refunds).
Instalments & plans. Instalments must be paid by due dates. Services may be paused and any reserved slot released if an instalment is overdue. Where a plan/subscription is used, you authorise recurring charges.
Invoices & reminders. Invoices display due dates; automated reminders may be issued before, on and after the due date. Overdue accounts may be placed on hold until paid.
Non-payment. Services will not be delivered (or will pause) while amounts remain unpaid. Persistent non-payment may result in future bookings being cancelled.
Cadence (programs). Programs run weekly or fortnightly at the same day/time, unless otherwise arranged. Booking Session 1 locks your recurring slot.
Program start. Your “container” begins at Session 1 or on delivery of pre-work/materials - whichever occurs first.

Balance: Paid in 2 equal instalments - due 48 hours before Session 2 and 48 hours before Session 5.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits your ACL rights. Where consumer guarantees are not met, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, resupply or refund, depending on the issue.
Rescheduling (1:1). 24+ hours’ notice required to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions (<24h) are forfeited and count toward your package.
Groups/workshops. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or person with 48+ hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Deposits. Deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed. If we cancel your place or cannot supply the service, the deposit will be refunded in full (in addition to any ACL remedies).
Instalments & attendance (programs). Sessions cannot proceed until the relevant instalment is paid. Overdue instalments may result in your recurring slot being released.
Pauses. One pause (up to 2 weeks) may be granted with 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Further pauses at our discretion.
Public holidays. If your slot falls on a public holiday, we’ll move it to the next business day at the same time unless otherwise arranged.
Digital products. Due to their nature, digital downloads are final except where the ACL requires a remedy.
Provider cancellations. If we need to reschedule or cancel, we’ll offer the earliest available alternative or an ACL-compliant remedy.
7. Safety, Emergencies & Suitability
Services are not emergency or crisis care. If you are at risk, contact 000 or Lifeline 13 11 14 immediately. We may pause or cease services and refer you if higher-level care is required.
8. Client Responsibilities
Arrive on time, in a private, interruption-free environment with stable internet; complete pre-work/integration steps; listen to any provided audio as instructed; communicate relevant changes to wellbeing.
9. Session Logistics
Location: Delivered online unless stated otherwise. Duration: As per service page/booking link. Late arrivals: Sessions end at the booked time; >15 minutes late without notice may be forfeited.
10. Technology & Access
You are responsible for your device, internet and software. If we experience a platform failure, we will reschedule at no extra cost; if the failure is on your side, rescheduling is at our discretion.
11. Audio, Recording & Materials
A personalised transformation audio may be provided where stated. Licence: for your personal use only; do not share, publish or distribute. Session recordings are not provided unless explicitly included in your offer.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, methods, frameworks, documents, videos and audios remain our IP. Purchasing a service grants a non-transferable personal licence for your own use only.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and handle data under the Australian Privacy Principles. We may use de-identified insights to improve services. We disclose only where required by law or safety concerns.
14. Communications
Official communication is via the email you provide at checkout/booking. We aim to reply within 2 business days (QLD time), unless your offer states otherwise.
15. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Promos/coupons are time-limited, not combinable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Gift cards (if offered) are valid to expiry and non-refundable (ACL rights preserved).
16. Chargebacks & Disputes
Contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorised chargebacks may be treated as breach; we may suspend access pending resolution.
17. Force Majeure & Provider Changes
We’re not liable for delays/failures caused by events outside reasonable control. We may update services, pricing, schedules and these Terms; the version in force at purchase applies to that purchase.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of QLD courts and tribunals.
