Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session fee • Full payment is required to confirm your booking • Sessions are bespoke and results vary by individual If you are unwell, please reach out as early as possible to discuss options.
