A focused 15 minute call if you’re unsure where to start. We’ll briefly go over what’s happening, what you’re experiencing, and whether this work is the right fit for you. This is not a session. It’s a chance to get clarity and direction before booking. * Consultation fee is redeemable against any service booked within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. • Payment is required to confirm your booking • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are charged at 100% of the session fee • Late arrivals will reduce your session time For program bookings: • Your initial session secures your place • If you choose to continue, remaining sessions are scheduled and paid as agreed If you are unwell, please reach out as early as possible to discuss options. Sessions are bespoke. Outcomes vary by individual.
