Tailored before you even arrive. Ahead of your session, I carry out an energy assessment to understand what’s present - so the full 60 minutes on the table is shaped entirely around what your body needs, not a standard protocol. You don’t need to explain yourself or know what’s wrong. You just need to show up - the groundwork’s already been done. What people typically experience: Immediately after - a sense of calm, heaviness in the limbs, or feeling spacey and floaty. The nervous system settling. In the hours following - tiredness, emotional release, or unusual clarity. In the days after - some people move through a processing period. Old emotions surface, dreams become vivid, and physical symptoms shift. Others feel grounded and more themselves quite quickly. It’s not always blissful straight away. Sometimes healing stirs things before it settles - which is often a sign the work is landing.
