This is a contained, high-intensity intervention without support version of the work for those wanting to go straight into the core pattern. Includes: • targeted intake -60 minutes • deep regression session - 60-90 minutes • personalised recording There is no ongoing support or integration. This option is best suited to those who are self-directed and able to integrate the work independently. For deeper, stabilised change, the 6-session process is recommended.
