The room is private, quiet, and set up for you to actually rest. **HOW OFTEN** For general relaxation and easing stiffness, 1-2 sessions a week is a good rhythm. Space sessions at least 24 hours apart to give your body time to respond. If you're working through a course, spreading sessions across 4-6 weeks tends to work best - enough consistency to notice a difference, without needing to be in every other day. **COURSES** Book a course of 6 sessions and space them across the weeks for cumulative effect. Just head to 'plans and pricing' in the menu. **WHAT TO WEAR** Please undress to your undergarments only. Clients are not treated unclothed except where medically necessary (e.g. a specific skin condition), and this is always discussed and agreed with you beforehand. **THE DEVICE** ARTG-listed Class IIa medical device (517949). Not a wellness gadget - a registered therapeutic device. **INVESTMENT** Single session (60 min booking, 40 min under the light): $80 6 sessions (60 min booking): $420 Lie down, switch off, and let the light do the work.
