Your body reacts first.
You can't stop it.

 

Tension that won’t release.

Exhaustion that doesn’t make sense.

Your system switches on before you’ve even thought.

You try to calm it.

Push through it.

Override it.

It doesn’t hold.

This isn’t something you control.

If it was, you’d be able to switch it off.

 

It’s something that’s automatically running.

 

I don’t try to relax your body.

I work with what’s driving the reaction while it’s happening.

 

Where the pattern is active.

Not after the fact.

When that shifts, your system settles.

Not temporarily.

Not because you forced it.

 

Because the reaction underneath it has changed.

You don’t need to keep managing your body.

You need to work with what’s driving it.
