WORK WITH ME

Structured, focused work for adults shaped by difficult early environments.
 
This work is for people who function well on the surface, but carry tension, vigilance, or self-management underneath.

It’s not insight-only work.

It’s not open-ended support.
 
We work deliberately, over time, so early patterns loosen and life feels less effortful.

Application process is for Be Enough / Be Enough + Body programs only.

This work is suits you if

  • You’re capable, self-aware, and tired of managing yourself.

  • You’re willing to engage consistently over a defined period.

  • You want change that holds outside the session room.

It's not for you if

  • You want crisis support or immediate relief.

  • You’re looking for open-ended talking or emotional processing.

  • You’re not in a position to commit time, attention, and resources.

How I work

I work with how the past shows up now - in reactions, habits, decisions, and recovery after stress.
 
Sessions are structured and intentional.
There’s space to speak plainly.
There’s direction so things don’t drift.
 
I work with a small number of people at a time so the work stays precise and contained.

Ways to work together

Full intervention with integration

 

A 12-session in-person + online container (Tamborine, QLD) that includes additional nervous-system and body-based work.​

Core intervention program

 

An 8-session online (or in-person) container focused on loosening long-standing patterns and building a steadier emotional baseline.

Working together in either of these starts with an application, which helps me assess fit and ensure the work is appropriate.
