HOW I WORK

Not psychological. Not mystical. Somatic and perceptual.

I’m a trauma-informed counsellor, hypnotherapist, and abuse recovery practitioner who works in the space between your mind and your body - the liminal gap where unprocessed emotion and old survival rules get stuck.

 

That means we don’t just talk about your week.

We track what your system is doing in real time, name what’s actually driving it, and shift it - so you can think clearly, feel steady, and act clean.

 

Depending on what you’re here for, sessions can include:

 

  • subconscious work (regression + future-focused hypnosis within my programs)

  • nervous system regulation (so your change actually holds)

  • fully clothed body-based work (in-person)

  • direct language + boundary rehearsal for real-life conversations

Premium 12-Session Program
Nervous-system-first version of Be Enough

For high-functioning adults who want the deepest, most contained version of this work - nervous system, body and story.

 

12 sessions over ~16-20 weeks combining:

 

  • in-person bodywork in Tamborine, QLD  

  • online or in-person subconscious + integration sessions

 

We focus on:

 

  • building a calmer baseline in your nervous system  

  • releasing survival responses wired in childhood or abusive dynamics  

  • cleaning up people-pleasing, fawning and self-abandonment

  • creating boundaries and behaviours that you can actually hold

 

Best if you’re done circling the same patterns, your body never feels off duty, and you’re ready to invest in long-range, deeply embodied change.

BE ENOUGH
8-Session Core Program

(Online / In Person)

A structured 1:1 container combining subconscious work and nervous system support - built for people who’ve been blamed, gaslit, or trained to doubt themselves.

 

8 sessions over ~16 weeks. Deep work, clear outcomes, no fluff - and no performing for worth.

 

Best if you:

 

  • want the full reset, not coping tools

  • are ready for direct, honest feedback

  • want a contained process (not casual sessions)

Massage Therapy Session

Trauma Support Series
(In Person)

Three gentle, fully clothed table work sessions for when your system is actually struggling, not just stressed.

 

We work directly with the nervous system and body using trauma-aware touch to bring you out of emergency mode and back into safety.  Each session builds on the last.

 

Best for:

“My body is on high alert - anxiety spikes, freeze, CPTSD-style symptoms - and I need deeper nervous-system support, not just a relaxing top-up.”

Breakthrough Counselling
(Online / In Person)

A single 60-minute session to bring one real-life challenge into the room and zoom in on what’s happening underneath - with the subconscious rules driving your reactions.

 

You’ll leave with language for what’s actually going on, plus action you can take now.

Something specific is blowing up in my life right now and I want to understand why I react like this - and what to do next - before committing to a full program.”

Facial Massage Therapy

Intuitive Energy Healing
(In Person)

A one-off, fully clothed table session for restoration, softening, and coming back to yourself.

Not psychological. Not mystical. Somatic and perceptual.

 

I work in the space between what you can explain and what your body can feel - so emotion can complete its cycle and your system can settle.

 

Best for:

“I want to feel lighter, clearer, and more like me again - without turning it into a whole trauma thing.”
