WHAT THIS IS

Be Enough is not a one-off hypnotherapy session.

It’s an 8-session identity reset that combines:

  • nervous system support (so you can actually hold change)

  • subconscious work (to rewrite the trained rules)

  • counselling unpack + real-life rehearsal (so it lands in your relationships, work, and decisions)

If you grew up around blame-shifting, emotional volatility, or reality-twisting, you learn to doubt yourself.

We don’t “cope” with that. We unwind it and replace it.

HOW THIS WORKS

Regulate (Nervous system) - structured nervous system support you’ll use between sessions so your body isn’t living in constant threat mode.

 

Recode (Beliefs) - remove the trained beliefs and rules that drive your over-giving, self-doubt and sabotage.

 

Respond (Behaviour) - practise clean boundaries, wording and behaviours you can use in real life situations - so you stop performing for worth.

Accepted clients receive the full private session roadmap after application.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

Within this work, clients typically notice:

 

Immediately (first 1-2 sessions)

  • your nervous system stops screaming 24/7

  • the mental noise drops (less looping, less rehearsing, less “what if I’m wrong?”)

YOUR INVESTMENT

A$3,500 AUD

 

8 x 60-120 minute bespoke sessions over ~16 weeks, held in a private 1:1 container.​

DON’T SIGN UP UNLESS YOU CAN SAY YES TO ALL FOUR:

1. I can commit to all 8 sessions over ~16 weeks.  

2. I can give ~15 minutes a day between sessions to lock it in.  

3. I can handle direct, honest feedback.  

4. Paying the fee won’t risk my rent, safety or peace.
