This is a rest-based session.
You lie down.
You don’t need to explain anything.
You don’t need to focus, participate, or try.
The work is gentle, minimal, and body-led - supporting your system to drop out of tension and into rest.
This session is about:

letting go

allowing the body to recalibrate on its own
Nothing is analysed.
Nothing is forced.
WHEN THIS SESSION IS A GOOD FIT
Book this session when:

you feel tense, wired, or “held”

your body feels heavy or tight

you want to rest without talking

you don’t want to work on anything - just reset

you want to leave feeling calmer and lighter

This session assumes you already have a basic capacity to rest.
HOW THE SESSION WORKS
This is a passive, table-based session.
You remain fully clothed and at rest while gentle inputs support your body to unwind.
There is:

no catharsis

no emotional digging

no re-telling of events
You don’t need to “do” anything.
The session meets your system where it already is.
WHAT YOU CAN REALISTICALLY EXPECT
Most people leave the session feeling:

Over the next 24-72 hours, some people notice:

improved sleep

emotional settling

a sense of completion or relief

clearer internal “yes / no” signals
Occasionally there is a short integration period
