BE ENOUGH + BODY is my premium, in-person nervous system therapy container in Tamborine, QLD - 12 sessions that work with your body and your story, so your system can finally stop living like something bad is about to happen.
 
Using a blend of intuition, somatic therapy, trauma-informed bodywork, energy medicine, reiki principles and Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work directly with your body’s stress patterns - not just your thoughts about them.
 
This is for high-functioning adults who are exhausted, hyper-alert and done trying to mindset their way out of a nervous system that never feels off duty.
In BE ENOUGH + BODY, we:

  • release stored emotional tension in the chest, gut and jaw
  • rebuild your baseline so “rest” doesn’t feel dangerous
  • prepare your body to safely hold big life changes

WHY WORK WITH ME

I’ve spent years working in the space between the brain and the body - blending counselling, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed practice, somatic and energy medicine. BE ENOUGH + BODY is the container where I bring all of that together for people who are ready to change not just how they think, but how their entire system responds to life.

HOW THIS WORKS

We’re not doing anything to you; we’re working with your body, at your pace, with consent at every step.

FIRST, WE WORK WITH YOUR BODY

Sessions 1-4: nervous system + meat suit

Before we touch your subconscious, we stabilise the body that’s been holding everything together.
 
The first four sessions of BE ENOUGH + BODY are dedicated to your nervous system and “meat suit”, so you’re not asking an already fried system to hold big changes while it’s still focused on basic survival.
 
We use gentle, fully clothed, hands-on work at the table -acupressure points, meridians and energy pathways - to bring you out of chronic fight/flight/freeze and reduce that constant “waiting for something bad to happen” feeling.
 
(Clients are fully clothed throughout these sessions. In-person in Tamborine only.)

THEN WE WORK WITH YOUR STORY

Sessions 5-9 - Subconscious, story & future you

Once your nervous system has experienced the in-person sessions and feels safer, less restricted and more resourced, we can work with the stories you live inside - without your body hijacking the process.
 
These sessions weave together targeted counselling, regression-style work and subconscious change tools to:

 

  • find the origin points of your “I’ll get in trouble if I put myself first” wiring
  • untangle guilt, shame and over-responsibility
  • update old beliefs so they match your current life, not your childhood environment

You start to see clearly: this isn’t “who I am”, it’s what I learned to do to stay safe.
 
(These sessions can be online or in person.)

AND THEN WE HELP YOU LIVE IT

Sessions 10–12: integration, reframes + long-range change

By here, we’ve done the body work and the deep dives. You’ve seen where your patterns came from and who you actually are underneath them.
 
The final part of BE ENOUGH + BODY is about living it - taking those insights into real conversations, real boundaries and real choices, with support while your system learns that nothing terrible happens when you stop abandoning yourself.
 
We rehearse the hard things you’ve always avoided:

 

  • saying “no” without over-explaining
  • asking for support without collapsing into shame
  • holding your boundaries when someone pushes back

 

 
You leave with a body that feels safer, a story that fits who you are now, and practical scripts and strategies you can use in real life.

WHO THIS IS FOR

High-functioning adults who:

 

  • feel their chest, gut, sleep or skin screaming as loudly as their thoughts
  • are always “on”, exhausted and terrified of dropping a ball
  • relate to PTSD/CPTSD-style patterns but don’t see themselves as a “trauma case”
  • have done years of talk therapy but their nervous system still doesn’t feel safe
  • want the deepest, most contained version of Be Enough - and are ready to actually use it

This isn’t for you if you’re looking for a one-off “release session”, a quick Reiki top-up, or you’re not ready to make changes in how you show up in your life.

DON’T SIGN UP UNLESS YOU CAN SAY YES TO ALL FOUR:

  1. I can commit to 12 sessions over ~16-20 weeks, including in-person body sessions in Tamborine.
  2. I’m comfortable with gentle, fully clothed, hands-on bodywork, and I’ll speak up if something doesn’t feel right.
  3. I can handle direct, honest feedback and I’m willing to change how I actually show up in my life.
  4. Paying the fee won’t risk my rent, safety or peace.

12 x 60–120 minute sessions over ~16–20 weeks

 

  • 1 x 60-minute integration review at the 3-month mark
  • Body sessions are in person in Tamborine, QLD

This is a high-touch, high-depth container designed to permanently change how your nervous system and story run your life, not a “nice to have” self-care series.

STILL THINKING ABOUT IT?

“I’ve never done bodywork before. Is it safe?”
Sessions are fully clothed, trauma-informed and consent-led. You choose what’s okay, we move at your pace, and you can stop or adjust anything at any time.
 
“Do I have to come in person?”
Yes. The nervous-system and body sessions are in person in Tamborine, QLD - that’s where a lot of the change lands. Story/subconscious sessions can be online or in person.
 
“Will I have to relive my trauma?”
No. We don’t do a life-story dump. We work with key patterns and events only as much as your system can safely handle, and we’re constantly tracking your nervous system as we go.
 
“Should I start with Be Enough instead?”
If you want deep work but can’t get to Tamborine for body sessions, Be Enough (8 sessions, online) is the better fit. If you want the most contained, nervous-system-first version of this work and you can be here in person, BE + BODY is for you.

BE ENOUGH + BODY includes everything in Be Enough, plus dedicated nervous system + bodywork sessions and a 3-month integration review for deeper, longer-range change.
