Breakthrough is a single-session intervention for moments when your nervous system is hijacked and your thinking has gone offline.

 

This is not ongoing therapy and it’s not a long-term container.

It’s a sharp, grounded session designed to help you stabilise, see clearly, and move forward without spiralling.

 

Usually this is you:

 

  • you start firm, then cave when your body panics

  • you know what you want to say, but it disappears under pressure

  • you overthink, loop, rehearse, then feel worse

  • you’re exhausted from carrying it alone

  • you need calm now, not another strategy to manage later

You want one focused hour that shifts perspective, steadies your body, and changes how this lands in real life - this week.

WHAT'S INSIDE YOUR 60-MINUTE SESSION

You tell me what’s chewing your brain.

I listen for what’s actually driving it.

 

In this session, we:

  • identify what’s really going on underneath the surface issue (over-giving, second-guessing, fear of fallout, internalised blame)

  • slow your nervous system enough for clear thinking to return

  • separate present reality from old emotional conditioning

  • name the hijacking patterns - without pathologising it

  • work out what needs to be said, decided, or stopped

  • practise wording or responses that feel clean in your body

  • land on one grounded next move you can take immediately

 

This is not insight for insight’s sake.

It’s clarity you can use - in conversations, decisions, and boundaries.

 

You leave knowing what’s yours, what isn’t, and what to do next. When your nervous system settles, your perspective changes.

We don’t push for breakthroughs - we create the conditions where they happen naturally.

Will you tell me exactly what to say or do?

 

No. I’ll offer options and frameworks. You decide your words and actions.

 

Do I need more than one session?

 

 

Some people get what they need in one session. Others book a small series or apply for Be Enough if deeper pattern work is needed.

 

 

Is this medical or crisis care?
