Trauma Support is in-person, fully clothed table work designed to calm a nervous system stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown.
This is not talk therapy and it’s not hypnotherapy.
We work directly with the body - because when the body feels safe, everything else becomes possible.
These sessions are often used:

as preparation for deeper subconscious or identity work

as support during periods of stress, grief, or emotional load

AFTER A SESSION
What you notice after a session often depends on which system recalibrated first - nervous, digestive, emotional, etc.
