These in-person sessions calm your nervous system so your body finally gets the memo that you’re safe.

Where other people see random symptoms, I see the pattern.

I see which part of you is holding shock, what’s short-circuiting, and which trauma loop is still running the show.

 

Your body tells me the story.

I read it - and help you rewrite it.

 

This isn’t soothing or coping.

It’s trauma support for your nervous system - locating the imprint and restoring safety in the system, not just in your mind.

WHAT IS TRAUMA SUPPORT

Trauma Support is in-person, fully clothed table work designed to calm a nervous system stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown.

 

This is not talk therapy and it’s not hypnotherapy.

We work directly with the body - because when the body feels safe, everything else becomes possible.

 

These sessions are often used:

 

  • when you’re overwhelmed, dysregulated, or bracing all the time

  • when words feel like too much or aren’t accessible

  • as preparation for deeper subconscious or identity work

  • as support during periods of stress, grief, or emotional load

HOW IT HELPS

Sessions involve gentle, fully clothed table work using:

 

  • nervous system down-regulation

  • acupressure and meridian-based techniques

  • body-based energy medicine principles

  • intuitive tracking of where your system is holding tension

There’s no forcing, no catharsis, and no reliving your story.

We let the body release what it’s been holding - at its own pace.

WHO'S IT FOR

This is for you if:

 

  • you feel “on” or “numb” - with no real calm in between

  • your body reacts like it’s in danger even when you know you’re safe

  • you’ve done therapy, coaching, or mindset work but your body hasn’t caught up

  • you want deep work that respects your system instead of pushing against it

  • you’re ready to commit to real change, not just a one-off feel-good session

This work is for adults who are functioning in daily life but experiencing recurring overwhelm, reactivity, or shutdown patterns.

 

This is not suitable for those seeking crisis support or immediate psychological care.

For some, the change feels instant; for others, it unfolds gently over the days that follow.

 

That’s why Trauma Support is a 3-session series.

One session shows your system a new option.

Repetition is what helps that option stick.

HOW A SESSION WORKS

  • Brief check-in - We clarify what’s happening for you and what you want support with today

  • On the table - You stay fully clothed, lying comfortably while I do the work

  • Body-based support - techniques to shift you to a calmer starting point

  • Integration - We finish with simple, personalised suggestions to support your body

AFTER A SESSION

What you notice after a session often depends on which system recalibrated first - nervous, digestive, emotional, etc.

 

Most clients notice:

  • a sense of lightness in their body

  • more mental clarity and focus

  • calmer emotional responses

  • improved sleep and digestion

  • less tension in areas that were chronically tight

Sometimes your system will “flush out” first - tiredness, emotional release, or vivid dreams.

That’s your body finishing the reset.

FORMAT & INVESTMENT

  • 3 × 75-minute in-person sessions (Tamborine, QLD)

  • Booked over 3-6 weeks, depending on what your system can comfortably integrate

  • $1,050 AUD for the full series - paid in advance to secure your spot

This series is offered in limited blocks to ensure clinical capacity and continuity of care.

Trauma Support is the stabilisation phase I use at the start of my Be Enough + Body program.
 
For some clients, this 3-session series is enough to restore safety and settle acute nervous system activation. For others, it becomes the foundation for deeper subconscious and identity-level work.
 
If you’re seeking long-range change rather than short-term stabilisation, this work can be rolled directly into Be Enough + Body.

This series bridges the gap between talk therapy and your body - a focused reset so your nervous system can finally get the memo that it’s safe enough to make changes.

 

If, during or after your series, you decide you’re ready for deeper, long-range change, we can roll this work into the BE ENOUGH + BODY program.
