ENERGY HEALING

Standalone Emotional Processing Session

A 1:1 session for processing emotional and energetic charge through the body -  without trauma work, hypnosis, or long-term therapy.

 

This is for people who are functioning, regulated, and resourced - but carrying emotion that hasn’t fully moved through yet.

WHAT THIS SESSION IS

This is a standalone Energy Healing session.

 

I work in the liminal space - the interface between:

  • felt emotion

  • the nervous system

  • the body’s subtle awareness and signalling

This is the space between the tangible and the measurable.

Where emotion hasn’t become a story yet, and hasn’t fully resolved into the body either.

 

The focus is not insight, analysis, diagnosis, or revisiting your past.

 

The focus is helping what your system is already carrying move, settle, and reorganise — so it no longer sits as tension, heaviness, reactivity, or mental noise.

 

You don’t need to explain everything clearly.

We work with what your body is already communicating.

Not psychological. Not mystical. Somatic and perceptual.

WHAT THIS SESSION IS NOT

This session is not:

  • Trauma Support

  • Crisis or stabilisation work

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Counselling as an ongoing process

  • Identity or belief reprogramming

If your nervous system is overwhelmed, braced, shutting down, or struggling to cope, Trauma Support is the correct starting point.

 

This session assumes a baseline of regulation.

WHEN THIS SESSION IS A GOOD FIT

Book when:

  • something has happened and you can feel it sitting in your body

  • you feel emotionally heavy, charged, or unsettled - but not overwhelmed

  • you’re looping mentally because the emotional charge hasn’t resolved

  • you want to process what you’re carrying and move forward cleanly

  • you feel “off” and want to come back into alignment

 

If the question you’re asking is:

“Can I clear this and move on?” - this is the right session.

If the question is:

“Can I calm down enough to feel safe?” - book Trauma Support instead.

HOW THE SESSION WORKS

This is a body-led, present-focused session.

 

The work may include:

  • nervous system settling

  • body awareness and tracking

  • meridian-based or energetic techniques

  • guided attention to where emotion is held

  • allowing emotional charge to move and resolve

There is no forcing, catharsis, or emotional excavation.

 

We do not relive events.

We do not analyse your history.

 

We work with what is here now.

WHAT YOU CAN REALISTICALLY EXPECT

Most people leave the session feeling:

  • emotionally lighter

  • less mentally noisy

  • calmer in their body

  • clearer about decisions or boundaries

  • less reactive around a specific issue

 

Over the next 24-72 hours, some people notice:

  • improved sleep

  • emotional settling

  • a sense of completion or relief

  • clearer internal “yes/no” signals

Occasionally there is a short integration period (fatigue, vivid dreams, emotional softness).

This is normal and temporary.

HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT TO MY OTHER WORK

  • Trauma Support

    → stabilises a dysregulated nervous system

    → body-first, containment and safety

  • Energy Healing (this session)

    → processes emotional and energetic charge

    → assumes regulation and capacity

  • Be Enough / Be Enough + Body

    → long-term pattern and identity change

    → structured, multi-session containers

This session stands alone.

It does not replace the others.

  • 1 × 60 minute 1:1 session

  • In-person (Tamborine, QLD)

  • Fully clothed

  • Confidential

This session supports emotional processing and nervous system regulation.

It is not medical care, crisis support, or psychotherapy.
