LOW SELF WORTH
You know you're capable. You just don't believe you're enough.
What it looks like
Compliments slide off. Criticism sticks for weeks. You undercharge, over-explain and apologise for taking up space. You might look confident from the outside and feel like a fraud on the inside.
Why it happens
Children don't question what they're told about themselves. They absorb it. "You're too much." "Why can't you be more like your sister?" Or nothing said at all. The belief formed then, and your adult life has been organised around it.
How RTT works on it
You can't argue your way out of a belief you didn't argue your way into. RTT goes to where it was formed and replaces it at the same level, so feeling enough stops being something you have to work at.
